What is the difference between a corporate governance Diploma, Advanced Professional Certificate, Professional Certificate and Foundation Certificate?

Diplomas include 10 modules, 30+ contact hours, two graded exams and six months of course platform access. The diploma qualifications are accredited by Birkbeck, University of London at FHEQ Level 5. Advanced Professional Certificates include five modules, 15+ contact hours, five graded assessments and six months of access. Professional Certificates include two modules, 6+ contact hours, two graded assessments and six months of access. Foundation Certificates include one module, 3+ contact hours, one graded assessment and six months of access.

Diplomas include two graded assessments: one after Module 5 and one after Module 10. Each diploma assessment has 75 questions and is designed to be completed in 90 minutes.

Advanced Professional Certificates include five graded assessments, one per module. Professional Certificates include two graded assessments, one per module. Foundation Certificates include one graded assessment of 20 questions, designed to be completed in 60 minutes.

For all course types, the passing score is 50%.

Will I receive a certificate or diploma after completing a course?

Yes. When learners successfully complete their course and meet the assessment requirements, their certificate or diploma is issued digitally through Accredible. The digital credential can be downloaded and printed, shared on LinkedIn, accessed through a secure URL and verified online by employers or institutions. Physical certificates are not issued by post as standard.

What level of English do I need to take a corporate governance course?

Learners do not need a formal English language qualification, but they should be comfortable reading and writing in English to get the most from the course materials and complete the assessments. Many delegates are non-native English speakers and complete their courses successfully.

How do I enrol and pay for a course?

Learners can enrol by selecting Buy Now on the relevant course page. For diploma courses, learners can choose to pay in full or use an interest-free instalment plan. For all other course types, full payment is required at enrolment. The Corporate Governance Institute accepts credit card, bank transfer and invoice for company-sponsored or offline payments. Course fees are available in EUR, GBP and USD, and prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Do you offer scholarships, discounts or instalment plans for corporate governance courses?
