This Speaker
Patrícia Dias de Almeida is an independent governance and decision-making advisor, impact investor, and founder of Scale + Beyond LLC. She holds a law degree and postgraduate credentials in governance, business administration, and ESG, with 25 years’ experience in international tax consultancy.
As former European COO and International Tax Director in Amsterdam, she built a centralized tax and reporting team and contributed to over 60 complex M&A transactions across 25 jurisdictions. Patrícia developed the 4Ls Framework – Logic, Learning, Leadership, and Legacy – to promote transparency and sustainable value, and is currently drafting her debut book.
