Bobby Mehta:

Bobby has served as a Director of Northern Trust since 2019. With a robust background in leadership roles, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of TransUnion, a global risk and information solutions provider, from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, Bobby held the position of Chief Executive Officer at HSBC Finance Corporation and HSBC North America Holdings, Inc. from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to his extensive experience, Bobby currently serves on the boards of The Allstate Corporation, a position held since 2014, and Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, since 2019. He has also contributed to other significant companies, including TransUnion from 2007 until January 2022 and Piramal Enterprises Limited from 2013 to 2020.

Bobby’s expertise is further demonstrated through active participation in board committees and subcommittees focused on risk management and technology and operations, showcasing a commitment to driving growth and innovation in the organizations he serves.

Pierre Noel is an international leader in designing and building security and risk strategies, with over 37 years of global experience in Information Security, Data Privacy, and Digital Resilience.

Pierre is the Group Chief Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer at Le Collectionist, Bump, Fundment, Zenchef as well as Chairman of the Board at Lepide and board member at Airbus for over 11 years and counting.

Pierre serves as the leader for several strategic programs across the Middle East. Pierre co-founded innixus, a global online community for digital resilience practitioners. Previously, Pierre worked as the Chief Security Officer for Microsoft, covering the vast Asian and Pacific regions, and as the worldwide Chief Security & Privacy Officer for Huawei and others.

Pierre is also a mentor for aspiring professionals to this day.
