This Speaker
Andrew leads EY’s public policy team for Europe Middle East India & Africa. Its role is to work with key stakeholders on constructive policy development so strengthening the working relationship between the public and private sector. He is chair of the Corporate Governance Committee of Business at the OECD, the Research Advisory Board of the ICAEW and the Corporate Governance Working Group of the European Contact Group whose members comprise the 6 largest accounting networks in the EU.
He is vice-chair of the Corporate Governance Policy Group of Accountancy Europe and a member of the Policy Committee of the investor-led organisation International Corporate Governance Network. He is the co-author of EY’s annual Long-Term Value and Sustainable Corporate Governance Survey and leads EY’s Center for Board Matters in EMEIA. He regularly writes blogs about the role of corporate governance in trust.
