I have 20+ years of experience as NED and CEO in developing corporate governance capabilities and procedures across a number of privately held and private equity backed businesses.

What challenges or opportunities were you facing in your career or on your board before taking our course?

My biggest personal challenge was that despite many years of practical experience, when it came to seeking new NED or Chair opportunities, I lacked any formal accreditation of my corporate governance knowledge and capabilities.
