Margot is an accomplished and experienced International leader who has consistently delivered growth and success in highly competitive and complex environments . Margot has a proven track record of leading, coaching, developing and motivating diverse teams through periods of transformation and change resulting in profitable growth.

Starting her career in the hotel industry and later moving to Faculties Management with Sodexo, Margot progressed through several roles, increasing in seniority, until her appointment as managing director in September 2012 of Sodexo Ireland followed by country president in 2015 and Chief Global Diversity & Inclusion officer for Sodexo in 2018.

Margot became global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer with Sodexo in Sept 2018 and continued to build on the great work achieved in this area over the years .
