Eman is a doctorate student at UCLAN examining the moderating role of PMO on the relationship between ESG adoption and organisational performance. She’s a chartered manager (CMI), the first Bahraini lady who obtained the PfMP – the most prestigious certificate in project management from PMI, the first Bahraini who obtained SIP, and the first Bahraini who obtained Diploma in ESG from the Corporate Governance Institute (CGI). Eman is an award-winning professional; in 2024, she got the AACE award (outstanding woman in project controls). She also won 2 awards on the projects she led in 2020 PMO Global Hackathon, she was then selected to serve as jury committee member in the PMO Global Awards from 2020 till date. Eman is a speaker and a published author. She co-authored 4 books and managed the authoring of the “Green PMO” collaborative book that gathered 40+ authors from across the globe.
