Before discovering The Corporate Governance Institute, I built my career in financial regulation, market conduct supervision, consumer protection and governance within the financial services sector.

I currently serve at the Central Bank of the UAE, where I have led and contributed to strategic initiatives focused on strengthening financial consumer protection, enhancing regulatory frameworks, improving governance practices and fostering collaboration with financial institutions, government entities and judicial authorities. My responsibilities have included overseeing complex regulatory projects, developing policies and operational frameworks, managing stakeholder engagement and driving initiatives that promote transparency, accountability and operational excellence.

Throughout my career, I have also been actively involved in institutional transformation, quality assurance, business process improvement and the implementation of governance frameworks that support effective decision-making and regulatory compliance.
