Ralu E. Nistor-Lustermans, MSc, CIA, ACC, ACTC, ITCA is an Internal Audit Leader, Board Chair, Leadership Coach and neurodiversity advocate with a MSc Corporate Governance & Business Ethics. She helps organisations evolve how they make decisions, lead, and operate as integrated systems by connecting the dots between teams, behaviours, organisational design and results. Through an extensive career in corporate governance audits, board effectivenes reviews and leadership and team coaching she has a keen knowledge of what works well in boardrooms, and what needs to change so that an organisation can move from where they are to where they need to be. Mathematician by education; internal auditor and coach by profession, Ralu is passionate about how human behaviour, team dynamics, and organisational systems shape performance and create lasting impact.
