About

This Webinar

When an incident happens decisions are needed, and they’re needed fast. Make sure your strategic leaders are confident in their role before they’re called on to act in an emergency. In this talk, we will discuss how to consider strategic risks, initial learning from COVID-19, case studies of good and bad crisis communication and what strong, resilient organisations have in common and how to avoid the most common pitfalls.

This Speaker
