Dearbhail McDonald is an award-winning Journalist, Author, Broadcaster and Board Director. A global Eisenhower Fellow, the former Group Business Editor of Independent News And Media is a recipient of numerous awards for her journalism including the Mary Cummins Award for Women of Outstanding Achievement in Media and Outstanding Achievement Award from the USC Smurfit Business School for her contribution to Business Journalism.  The author of ‘Bust: How the Courts Exposed the Rotten Heart of the Irish Economy’, Dearbhail currently chairs the Strategy Committee of the Centre Culturel Irlandais in Paris.

Conor Brady

Chair and Co-founder of CaliberAI

Conor Brady is chair and co-founder of CaliberAI, a high-tech company that builds algorithms to detect defamatory or harmful content and is also vice-chair of Midlands Radio 103. He has served on numerous boards, in the private, public and NGO sectors, both in Ireland and internationally and in 2005 he was appointed by the President of Ireland to be Commissioner at GSOC, the Garda Siochana oversight body. Conor was editor in chief of The Irish Times Group from 1986 to 2002 and editor of The Sunday Tribune 1980-1982. He is the author of two histories of policing in Ireland, a biographical memoir and four crime-fiction novels set in 19th century Dublin.

David W Duffy

David W. Duffy is the co-founder and CEO of The Corporate Governance Institute whose mission is to democratise the education of directors globally. He is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a corporate governance practitioner and the author “A Practical Guide to Corporate Governance”  and  “A Practical Guide for Company Directors” both published by Chartered Accountants Ireland.
